Camden Town Market

We visited yet another fabulous London Market this time it was Camden town Market. It is definitely a bit more eccentric than some of the other markets that London has to offer. It was bustling and busy on a Saturday afternoon. It is full of all sorts of people as you can see by the lady dressed in pink and there were so many punks around its crazy. There are all sorts of things especially doc marten stores there are loads of them here. I think it is a punk must have item a good pair of Doc’s. And of course as usual the food was one of my favourite bits Josip and I had to have this lovely big custard donut mmm tasted delicious.

But I think the highlight was the Rave wear store. It had the coolest and most unique designs I have seen. From T shirts that actually had LCD screens on them that flashed words to a tight hot pink Lycra body suit thing. But the best bit was probably the DJ in the store who had a Lego village on his head instead of hair! (Yes those tiny little blocks we played with as kids he even had the flowers and ghost men in there).

Hey there guys!
How are you doing? London seems like such a fabulous place! Luv the photo of the punk rock chick you took Mel. Are there any Joel or Benji lookalikes down there? I’m sure we’d both be in heaven! :punk: Nothing much has changed back here in Melbourne. We’ve had some pretty crazy weather the last couple of days. Huge winds and lots of rain. We planted a couple of yukkas (is that how you spell it???) in the front yard and the wind literally slapped them in half. I guess it was just Gods way of showing me that gardens are not for me. Either plastic plants or concrete is the way to go! Diesel has grown heaps. He’s chewed the crap out of everything. We’ve been taking him to obedience school for a few months. Everyone has been upgraded to the next level except for us. I think we’re going to be in beginners class for a very long time! I’ll have to send ya a pic of him one day.

Anyway must go…..off to the gym

Hope to hear from you guys soon

Luv always Anita & Tom
